Axel Semrau

For more than 40 years, Axel Semrau has stood for sample preparation and chromatography. Particularly for food analysis, this wealth of experience has led to the development of reliable systems for routine use named CHRONECT Workstations. They enable for example the determination of MCPD, FAMEs or glyphosate in food. As early as 2010, the sample preparation and analysis of MOSH/MOAH was automated and has been continuously developed since then. R&D manager Marco Nestola succeeded in 2022 in achieving full automation with automatic epoxidation and saponification.
All CHRONECT Workstations are pre-installed at Axel Semrau and checked during an extensive factory acceptance test. This test run is repeated after installation as part of a Site Acceptance Test in the customer's laboratory. As a result, the system is ready for use immediately after installation.
Employees proudly say, "We sense good chemistry!" As "Part of the Trajan Family," the company has continued on this path since November 2021.
