Shiru's product pipeline includes several promising ingredients to support the alt protein industry. Our first product to market, OleoPro, launched in March. OleoPro is a structured fat ingredient that serves as a high-performance, sustainable, and nutritious alternative to coconut or palm oil, leveraging a unique protein scaffold to structure liquid oil. We have also partnered with leading global ingredients suppliers to scale two additional ingredients: (1) a methylcellulose replacement for alternative meat products and (2) a replacement for egg proteins in bakery products.
