Under the leadership of committee chair, Lars Reimann, this group advises and directs AOCS on analytical services, laboratory services, and liaisons with international agencies such as ISO and Codex Alimentarius. We invite all annual meeting attendees to get involved with AOCS by joining committee meetings.
