Dr. Rana K. Mohamed serves as the director of Research at VFT. She received her Ph.D. from Florida State University and conducted her postdoctoral studies at UC Berkeley focusing on molecular and surface dynamics for device engineering. She is currently spearheading the efforts to implement fiber fluidic technologies from the lab to the market.
