Darren Litle is an accomplished engineer and technical sales professional with more than 30 years of involvement in mainstream chemical-related markets. He has extensive experience and industry knowledge in Fats, Oils, Oleochemicals, Renewables, and Biofuels. Darren is currently the Director of Sales & Business Development for Arisdyne Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Arisdyne, Darren worked for Cargill Inc. for more than 10 years at various edible oil plants and in various roles from Project Engineer to Refinery Superintendent. During the next 10 years, Darren held important positions within the Süd-Chemie Group and Clariant Corporation including Regional Industry Group Manager. Most recently, Darren was the Oil & Fats Processing Market Manager for GEA Equipment North America. Darren has earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Leadership Development. In addition to teaching at Regional Conferences for the United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC), Darren has been an invited speaker at the American Oil Chemist Society (AOCS) Annual and Latin America Meetings, Texas A&M University (TAMU) Edible Oil and Biodiesel Short Courses, the World Congress on Oils & Fats, SBOG Brazil, the National Biodiesel Conference, IOMSA, Euro Fed Lipid Congress, FOIC and OTAI India, SMART Conferences worldwide, the World Oilseed Congress, and the China International Oils & Oilseeds Conference (CIOC).
