Christina is focused on developing education and training programs, as well as generating excitement about alternative proteins at academic institutions around the world. Christina earned her BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining GFI, she worked as an engineer in the biopharma space and as a curriculum developer for programs at the K-12 and university levels.
