Brock Levac

Brock Levac is a master's student in the food science program at the University of Guelph. His current research is focused on intelligent packaging and colorimetric indication using betalains. He received his B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Windsor. His undergraduate research focused on the electrochemical detection of ethyl carbamate in alcohol.
