Dr. Zhen Zhang spent master student life in Jinan University (Guangzhou, China), and was awarded the National Scholarship for Postgraduate Students in 2013. Meanwhile, he spent almost one year to do hydrogenated oil and wax research project in Iowa State University as a visiting scholar in United States. In 2014, he began work for Wilmar global R&D (Shanghai) center which lies in the top 500 global companies. As a bakery fats process engineer to do bakery fats development work, and he was also responsible for the Migrant Children Education Project of Kerry Group Kuok (Hong Kong) Foundation. His PhD was studied in South China University of Technology (Guangzhou, China) in 2016, and was awarded the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students in 2018. He began work for Jinan University as assistant research fellow since 2019. Up to now, in the past 9 years of research life, I had published more than 15 papers on the international journals and 8 papers on the domestic journals of related field as first author. At 2020, Chinese Cereals and Oils Association awarded me “Outstanding youth in oils technology” as the First prize.
