Na Wei, a biologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where she is working on trans-fatty acid study. Her research focuses on the use of silver ion chromatography to improve the separation of co-eluting fatty acid isomers in the blood, so as to study the complete profile of trans fatty acids(TFA) in human blood and to better understand the health risks associated with TFA exposures.
