Melissa Marsh is a Ph.D. student at Utah State University and is being advised by Dr. Silvana Martini. Melissa obtained her bachelor's degree in food science from Utah State University in 2020 as her college's Valedictorian and is expected to finish her Ph.D. in 2024. She was the 2021-2022 Thomas H.
