In 2020 I started my industrial Ph.D.-project in collaboration with Royal Greenland A/S and the National Food Institute, DTU, Denmark. This project aims at investigating and inhibit/decrease the unwanted changes occurring to cooked and frozen, shell-on Northern shrimp (Pandalus borealis), as well as developing new and microbiologically safe refreshed (thawed and chilled) products.
