Working on linking food engineering with medical sciences for the development of a new segment of clinically trailed food called medical food. Also worked in the area of chronomedicine finding the relation between food and our biological clock and chronotherapeutics with a concept of when to eat what to eat. Published More than 19 International Research paper, 2 book chapters, Published one patent developed a blend of edible oil for CAD and Hypertensive patients. Presented 3 research papers international conferences held at Bangkok 2017, China 2018, Korea 2019, selected for Incubate of ICAR-ZTM and Venture center pune for innovation in research. Organizing member of various International Conferences got young Investigator Award In Bangkok Thailand for linking food with Health at World Congress of clinical nutrition 2017. Also got fellowship of International College of Nutrition USA (FICN). Executive Secretary of Indian society for Chronomedicine, Youngest secretary-general of the International society for medical food and nutrition, Organizing Secretary of World Congress on Medical and Nutrition 2018 and Nutrition for health program 2019 and organizing member of various international conferences related to health and metabolic disease.
