Hongwei Shen has a PHD degree from McGill University in Canada where he studied morphological transitions of block copolymers in solution. He is currently an associate director at Colgate Palmolive Company. Primarily, he is concentrated on surfactant science and formulation fundamentals on personal/home care and oral care applications. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and filed over 20 patents in his professional life.
