Yifu Chu is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Nutritional Science, University of Alberta, and in Dr. Lingyun Chen’s Lab. His research is mainly focused on the generation of functional microgels with controllable size based on biopolymers and exploring their potential applications in food and biomaterial fields.
