Fiona Liu is currently a Technical Services Manager at American Oil Chemists’ Society. Her work covers the AOCS Laboratory Proficiency Program and the Certified Reference Materials Program. Fiona has experiences in different areas in the food industry, including analytical/microbiological testing, research and development, and food safety system management. She obtained her master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Delaware, and currently resides in Las Vegas, NV.
