Annette Donnelly is a visiting research specialist with the USAID Feed the Future Soybean Innovation Lab for Value Chain Research (Soybean Innovation Lab), focused on enhancing human nutrition at scale in low-and-middle-income countries. She leads the Processor-toProcessor pilot program for the Soybean Innovation Lab (SIL), which is a collaboration between AOCS, SIL, and Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA). Annette brings a business perspective to processing highly nutritious soy foods and ingredients at scale for Sub-Saharan African populations. Annette has been working with businesses, institutions, and vulnerable populations in Sub-Saharan Africa for 20 years and is focused on market-driven opportunities that enable the industry to sustainably meet community needs. Annette holds a BSBA in management science and an MBA. Proving that you are never too old to learn, Annette is a student in the University of Illinois' doctorate program for international education policy, organization and leadership. Of particular interest to her is the relationship between nutrient-dense school meals, community farmers, and policy in low and middle-income countries.
