Zijian Zhi received an MSc degree in Food Engineering in 2017 from Zhejiang University in China. In 2019, he joined the Laboratory of Food Structure and Function at Ghent University as a Ph.D. student. He is carrying out research in the domain of lipid structuring focusing on the structural design of O/W/O double emulsions and their applications.
