Zhenjiao Du is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Grain Science and Industry, Kansas State University. He got a Mater Degree at China Agricultural University and Bachelor Degree at Wuhan Polytechnic University. He currently works in the Cereal Chemistry Lab. His research interest is to add value to agricultural by-products. Current studies focused on natural antioxidant peptides screening from sorghum protein and quantitatie structure-activity relationship analysis in antioxidant peptides by machine learning.
