I am Madhurima Bandyopadhyay, from India currently pursuing PhD program in the Department of Food and Bioproduct Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan. I have done my bachelor's (Btech) and Mtech in biotechnology from India. I did my second master's in Food Sciences and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the USA, before starting my PhD program at the University of Saskatchewan in Fall 2020. I strive to contribute to the field of Food sciences in the long run with new innovations. AOCS 2019, held in St.Louis, Missouri was special for me as I had won the first place in The Poster competition in the Protein and Coproducts category while I was pursuing my Masters's degree in the USA. I hope to evolve as a promising researcher in this field of Food Sciences. Besides having a passion for research in this domain, I also find interest in writing articles and reading novels and scientific articles in my leisure time.
