Mikael Fabritius, MSc (he/him/his)

Mikael Fabritius is a doctoral researcher in Food Development program at the University of Turku, Finland. In his thesis work, Mikael has been focused on developing liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric methodologies for the analysis of triacylglycerol and phospholipid regioisomers. He is scheduled to defend his doctoral thesis in June 2023. Upon the completion of his doctoral program, Mikael plans to continue his work in the area of structural analysis of lipids, further contributing to the field of food development and lipid research.
