Dr. Prieto is a Senior Research Scientist at Sasol R&D, Lake Charles, LA focusing on product applications research and technical customer support. He received his PhD from Texas A&M University in Chemistry and has previously worked for Hexion, Novozymes, Petroferm and Shell Chemical in technical and management roles. He has over 38 years of experience with chemicals, surfactants and enzymes’ applications in diverse industries including home care and I&I. He has authored multiple patents, technical articles and presentations.
