This is Yejie Cho who is presenting "Enrichment of docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil by two step enzyme reactions” and studying PhD in Integrated Biomedical and Life Science at Korea University. I received BS in Food Bioscience & Technology at the Korea University in 2023. I am interested in foods that improve people's health, especially in functional fatty acids. As a way to increase the efficiency of functional fatty acids, my research topic is mainly on using enzymes to enrich functional fatty acids from raw materials or synthesizing new functional fatty acids.
