Emilie Renault is a R&D project manager specialised on vegetable extraction for Symrise company. She has a scientific background mainly on chemistry (analytical chemistry) and she is part of the Food Protection Team where she is in charge of developping natural antimicrobial or antioxidant ingredients for the Food, PetFood or Aqua Food markets.
