I am an accomplished leader in Innovation & Technology with 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry. I have been working for Nestle R&D in several food categories, mainly liquid and powder beverages, dairy products, confectionery, culinary and ice cream. Currently, I am leading Technology developments for the White Cup Coffee category, preparing future innovation in this area.
Within Nestle, I also lead a global R&D clean label strategic network to drive the innovation effort in this area across-categories.
