Nathalie Quezada was born in Ecuador and has a degree in Chemical Engineering. Also she got a master´s degree in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocess from Catholic University of Chile and a second master´s degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University. She has more than 20 years of experience in research in Fats and Oils, Food, Biotecnology and Molecular Biology. She has been working in La Fabril since 2012 as a Reserch Engineer and has led multiple Technological Research projects.
