Anh Dang is a second-year MSc student majoring in Food Science at the University of Manitoba under the supervision of Dr. Nandika Bandara. In 2021, she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Food Science and a minor in Microbiology. She is currently working on a project to develop an active biodegradable food packaging film from canola protein reinforced with various polymer and antimicrobial agents.
