This session will discuss transdermal application of jojoba oil, which produces wax esters identical to sebum in skin. Also, deep eutectic solvents are emerging classes of green solvents with potential uses in chemical processing, environmental remediation, and fuel cell technologies. They may also contribute to radionuclide remediation in chicken feed. The session will also present the results of producing soft margarine from a modified fatty acid profile and low-trans fatty acids.
