Abstract: Consumer demand for safer, non-toxic and sustainable products is increasing while ingredient labelling is becoming transparent; and businesses are implementing sustainable practices aiming to reduce carbon footprint. These trends have increased interest sustainable ingredients in formulations leading to re-formulation of traditional products while maintaining performance. In this talk, incorporation of new surfactants in formulations for various home care applications delivering various sustainability benefits will be discussed.
