Mr. Zixuan Gu is currently a Ph.D. candidate majoring in Cereal and Food Science at the Department of Plant Sciences, North Dakota State University. He is proficient in flavor chemistry and technology, sensory science, starch chemistry and technology, mass spectrum-based metabolomics, and statistics. Motivated to be an expert in food sciences with a particular emphasis on cereal flavor and sensory, starch chemistry, and food omics, he wants to be a well-respected professional in both academia and the food industry.
