I am Delphine Martineau-Côté, a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry at McGill University, under the supervision of Dr. Salwa Karboune. I carry out my research project in collaboration with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada under the supervision of Dr. Lamia L’Hocine. My project objective is to assess the nutritional and bioactive properties of Canadian faba bean proteins.
