Jabarius Jones is a Master’s student in the Food and Nutritional Sciences department at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He is a graduate research assistant for Dr. Roberta Silva. His current research focuses on using oleogels as a fat replacement. Jabarius has a BS in animal science. Afterwards, he has plans to go into the food industry doing product development or research. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, socializing, cooking, and going to the arcade.
