Join this session to hear the latest analytical advances, including an ultra-high-performance-liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–tandem mass spectrometry method to quantify the triacylglycerol regioisomeric composition of human and bovine milk fat. The session will also cover a multidimensional gas chromatography method to profile terpenes and fatty acids in hemp cultivars and CBD-containing market products, along with a high-performance-liquid chromatography process to determine the peroxidation of highly unsaturated fatty acid–containing phospholipids in complex, real neural extracts.
