I am Rupesh Ravindranath Sarfare working as a Analytical Chemist in IFFCO (ERCO) for past 8 years. I have competent professional 14 years’ experience in the areas of analytical method development and validation in the Pharmaceutical, Oil and food industry. I am fully responsible for ADL Functions, Policies, Systems & Planning required for completion of projects. I am Coordinating for conducting self-inspection and/or quality audits of all quality function and procedures that regularly appraises the effectiveness and applicability of the Quality Assurance system. I am actively involved in generating analytical development reports for regulatory and ISO, Maintenance and calibration of instruments, their service reports , trouble shooting during development and routine analysis , regulatory query handling.
I am fully responsible for Preparing documentation of the in house analytical methods developed and standard test procedure and specification. I am involved in technology transfer process for the company units from one to another location to support quality control departments. Awarded by Director of IFFCO (ERCO) as Employee of the year for saving cost to the company by developing new methods on HPLC & GCMS (Year 2016-2017).
