My academic background would significantly allow me to explore further in the areas of Food Technology and Nutraceutical. I am eager to advance my knowledge in extraction and isolation methods of food and herbal phytochemicals. Artificial additives might not have harmful effects on human health but it is unfavourable as daily intake, therefore, extraction of natural nutrients needs to be optimized so that they can be directly consumed or added back to processed products for better nutritional quality.
We are living in a constantly changing world where proper preparation is indispensable. Studying at Manitoba University and working on mustard projects would definitely help me adapt to the growing technologies, search for great opportunities, and perhaps, conduct novel studies
